At the heart of that I do in my business is the fundamental desire to do what I believe to be right, to be a part of London’s environmental solutions rather than part of its problems, and London’s problems are wide ranging and not easily solved. What I hope I am achieving is inspiration for future business owners and creating answers for existing ones.
Zusätzlich hat Dawson einen genossenschaftlichen Supermarkt, den Peoples’s Supermarket gegründet. Diese Coop stand im Mittelpunkt einer eigenen Reality Fernsehserie auf Channel 4. Bei TED hat er seine Visionen für nachhaltige Restaurants (OMU) beschrieben.
